The Ruby B kit is a model of a typical cutter rigged pilot boat of the late 1800's. The kit features a fully trimmed molded plastic hull, birch plywood deck, hand cut wood rails and miscellaneous parts, maple mast and spars, finished Dacron sails ready to rig, complete hardware and a molded lead centerboard type keel. Radio access is provided using molded plastic hatches and companion way finished in wood. The recommended radio is the Option III package which controls both the rudder and the set of the sails. This kit is recommended for the builder with some model building experience.
